Mr. Pancer has deliberately kept his practice small, as he finds he prefers to have hands-on contact with every aspect of each case. He believes in the long run this best serves his clients in terms of the quality of representation and as to the expense of litigation. Currently he is representing attorneys charged in the Hewlett-Packard pretexting investigation, the San Diego City pension case, a federal bankruptcy fraud case, and a State of California insurance fraud case. He is also representing individuals charged with tax offenses and violations of the internet gaming statutes. Michael Pancer has recently been joined in his practice by his son, Ian Pancer, which has allowed his firm to expand beyond the higher-profile, white-collar practice he has enjoyed. The firm now handles a wide range of misdemeanors. |
